Our impact
The National Partnership in Early Learning and Childcare (NPELC), consists of 10 of the largest childcare providers across England.
Collectively, the group:
- Cares for over 160,000 children
- Employs over 38,000 people across the group
- Works with over 80% of Local Authorities
- Has over 1,300 settings
- Employs and trains over 4,700 apprentices
A core part of this is ensuring that young children’s care and learning outside of their home is high-quality, delivered by an early years sector which is both sustainable and valued, and underpins the economy, which is so reliant on this key service.
In our approach, we are fully committed to utilising our combined experiences and insight to advocate for the needs of parents and staff across the Early Years sector to ensure all children have access to first-class childcare.
